Collows — Delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete your account and data in Collows on Google Play (developer: Collows).

1. In the app (fastest)

1. Open Collows.
2. Go to your Profile (as a guest, through the Profile link on the home screen).
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

2. Without the app, by email

Send an email with the subject "Account deletion" to collows.dev@gmail.com from the email address of the Google account you use in Collows. The email must come from that address so that we know the request is yours. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Guest accounts are not linked to an email address, so they can only be deleted in the app. If you have uninstalled the app and have a request about your data, write to us and include your player code if you know it.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (Google sign-in or guest account)
• Your profile: display name, player code, email address
• Your friend list, friend requests and blocks (you are also removed from other players' friend lists)
• Your statistics and your totals against each opponent

What is kept

• Match records stay in anonymous form: your account id, player code and name are removed from them, and you are shown as "Deleted player". They are part of your opponents' match histories and can no longer be linked to you.
• Technical logs are kept for at most 14 days (web server) and 30 days (game server), then deleted. Server backups are deleted within 90 days.

2. Uygulama olmadan, e-postayla

Collows'ta kullandığınız Google hesabının e-posta adresinden collows.dev@gmail.com adresine "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. İsteğin sizden geldiğini anlayabilmemiz için e-postanın bu adresten gönderilmesi gerekir. Hesabınızı 30 gün içinde siler ve size e-postayla bildiririz.

Misafir hesaplar bir e-posta adresine bağlı olmadığı için yalnızca uygulamadan silinebilir. Uygulamayı kaldırdıysanız ve verilerinizle ilgili bir isteğiniz varsa, biliyorsanız oyuncu kodunuzu da ekleyerek bize yazın.

Silinenler

• Giriş hesabınız (Google ile giriş ya da misafir hesabı)
• Profiliniz: görünen ad, oyuncu kodu, e-posta adresi
• Arkadaş listeniz, arkadaşlık istekleriniz ve engellemeleriniz (diğer oyuncuların arkadaş listelerinden de çıkarılırsınız)
• İstatistikleriniz ve rakiplerinize karşı toplamlarınız

Saklananlar

• Maç kayıtları anonim olarak kalır: hesap kimliğiniz, oyuncu kodunuz ve adınız kayıttan çıkarılır, yerinize "Silinmiş oyuncu" görünür. Bu kayıtlar rakiplerinizin maç geçmişinin parçasıdır ve artık sizinle ilişkilendirilemez.
• Teknik kayıtlar (log) en fazla 14 gün (web sunucusu) ve 30 gün (oyun sunucusu) saklanır, sonra silinir. Sunucu yedekleri en geç 90 gün içinde silinir.
